What ages are incursions suitable for?

Our incursions in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast region, cater for ages 3 years up to Kindy and Primary School age for Prep to Year 2 (7 years). For the younger children (3 years) the incursion is of shorter duration and complexity. Our insect experiences are suitable for ALL ages 0-99+ !

Wriggly Worms and Creepy Crawlies - 4-7 years (Kindy, Primary Prep-2)

EcoBug 5 or 10 Week Extended Program - 4-7 years (Kindy, Primary Prep-2)

Butterfly Garden Experience - All Ages!! 0-99+

• Note this is suggested ages only. Sometimes special schools and centres may find that these sessions are well suited for older students with diverse needs also. The minimum for toddler sessions is normally 3 years old, however if the centre provides adequate supervision, assistance and smaller class sizes, toddlers of 2 years minimum may be appropriate. Generally, this age is too young to gain the full benefit of the program and maintain concentration long enough.
