The kids had a great time! Some songs worked in really well with our upcoming cultural unit too. We'd love to have Kidz Dance Fit back again next year!

The children and educators were captivated by watching the life cycle of the butterfly emerge before them. The experience prompted many conversations and deep thinking from the children. Thank you!

Year 1 had a visit from the amazing Ang for an Eco-Bugs incursion. Students got to learn about the importance of insects in the garden and their role in our ecosystem. Ang introduced Year 1 to microhabitats such as worm farms and showed them how easy it would be to make one at home. The best part was when students got to hold wiggly worms and a stick insect. We also played fun games and enjoyed hands-on experiences to build knowledge about composting and recycling and an awareness of what we can implement in the garden and school environment.

A beautiful program. The butterfly garden encouraged the children to explore insects and their habitats to foster a simple understanding of biodiversity. The highlight was releasing the butterflies into the natural environment. Highly recommend!

Our Kindy loved the Kidz Dance Fit visit with Ang! Children learnt about safe dance practice, used stimulus material to move to different styles of music, changing pace and dynamics to match the music. They improvised with different body parts and props. It was a fun, creative session for our healthy movement break, and fits in nicely with the Early Years Learning Framework.

The Ecobug incursion was different to any incursion we have had before. It is very educational and the children learnt lots of valuable information. The interactive screen really got the children's attention, and the music and dancing were also great as it got the children involved.
